Volunteer
A 25-year volunteer-led organization is only as strong as the people willing to step forward.
Family First welcomes educators, mentors, operations professionals, event support, marketing and communications specialists, technologists, athletes, scientists, and community members who want to contribute real time and expertise.
We do not need everyone to do everything. We need the right people willing to do something meaningful.

Please note: All roles are currently offered as volunteer or board positions. Flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options, are available.

We could not do the work we do without the generous and tireless support of volunteers. We provide meaningful work for our volunteers that contributes directly to supporting our mission: to inspire, educate, connect, and advocate for our disadvantaged youths and families.
We offer both long-term and short-term volunteer opportunities, with the goal of assisting our education, operations, development, communications and marketing teams.
