As of January 13, 2025, the Foundation is assisting over 300 families directly impacted by the devastating Eaton and Pacific Palisades fires. These families—our neighbors and friends—have lost their homes and livelihoods and urgently need housing, medical supplies, baby food, and financial relief to recover and rebuild. In addition to their hardships, they are also facing GoFundMe cloning and other scams.

- FEMA Disaster Resources may cover:
- Home repairs, temporary housing, or property damage (appliances, furniture, vehicle, etc.)
- Help with child care, medical, lodging, moving, and funeral expenses.
- A one-time payment of $770 through FEMA’s Serious Needs Assistance program to cover expenses for emergency supplies like food, water, diapers, and gas for transportation.
- Assistance for business losses, including property damage and economic losses, may be available through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
