Roger Spillmann is a C-Suite expert in technology, business development, corporate governance, growth strategies and accountability who brings a new level of guidance and vision for Family First Foundation's growth.  As a senior financial consultant, investment banker and corporate finance specialist, Roger completed greater than $800 million of transactions in technology, healthcare, media/communications, renewable energy and education, allowing him to contribute a unique perspective to the intersection of technology, education, and sports. 

Mr. Spillmann currently serves as Sr. Adviser to the CEO for Source Distribution, AltMed Solutions; and XNRGI, Inc.; Director of Structured Finance for PowerGrow Inc. and Overwatch Capital; Director of Finance and Operations for Graphene Composite Materials LLC and a Member of the Advisory Board of Catalyst Energy Partners. Prior positions in the financial sector include Sr. Analyst, First Vice President and Director of Montgomery Securities, Banc America,  NationsBanc Securities, and Prudential Securities.  

After a career on Wall Street, he served as CEO, CFO and General Counsel of Nasdaq listed defense contractor, HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. and global security consultant, Clear Path Technologies Inc.  His broad and expansive experience and skills, combine with boundless energy and passion, make him perfectly suited to advance Family First Foundation's mission, goals, and priorities. Mr. Spillmann is a graduate of Dartmouth College (NH) and is a recognized member of the Hispanic business community.  He resides in Southern California with wife Claudia, and their three daughters.
